Emergency services are currently responding to an incident in Herefordshire.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are all at the scene of the incident near OK Diner on the A49 near Leominster.
The road is partially blocked but the incident involves the River Lugg with specialist teams currently assisting the emergency services.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route with traffic building up in the area.
