Detectives in Tameside have charged a man with the rape of a woman following a night out last month.
Dale Garlick (12/08/1992) of Calico Crescent, Stalybridge, has been remanded into custody and will appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 27 October) accused of rape of a female over 16 years of age.
Police received a report on Monday 27 September from a woman who believed at some time during a night out in Stalybridge Town Centre on Saturday 25 September, her drink had been spiked and she had been raped.
