Two Hereford businesses face closure after the sale of illegal tobacco.
Herefordshire Council and West Mercia Police will seek the permanent closure of Zabka and International Foods after the stores were caught selling illegal and fake tobacco.
The council and police are hoping that by using the closure powers for nuisance and disorder under the Anti Social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014 sections 76 onwards that the businesses will be forced to shut down for good.
