The family of a man who sadly passed away following an RTC in Hereford have today (Tuesday 26 May) paid tribute to their brave and kind dad and grandad.
Lyndon “Brent” New died aged 73 on Friday (22 May) – a couple of days after the collision involving his mobility scooter and a van on Holme Lacy road last Wednesday (20 May).
In a joint tribute released today, his sons Simon and Kevin, and daughter Lynda, said: –
“Brent New, our dad and a grandad.
“He was the bravest, kindest man we knew.
“Soft, gentle, and caring, he faced life’s challenges with quiet strength and never complained.
“His love, warmth, and selflessness touched everyone who knew him.
“We are so proud to have called him our dad and will miss him every day.
“Forever loved, forever remembered, and forever in our hearts.
“Simon, Kevin and Lynda ❤️.”
