04:30am – The A417 is closed in both directions between the A436 (Air Balloon Roundabout) and the A429 / A419 near Cirencester due to strong winds in the area.

02:00am – ALL Transport for Wales rail services that travel through Herefordshire are CANCELLED on Friday due to severe weather.

01:45am – Herefordshire Council is suspending all school and college transport services for today (Friday 18th February). This decision has not been taken lightly, but has been based on advice from the Met Office and emergency services, to ensure the safety of children and transport providers. This information will be shared directly with all schools, transport operators, and parents / carers.
