An emergency road closure is in place in Hereford this morning.
The closure is in place on Commercial Road. Herefordshire Highways (Balfour Beatty) are currently working to resolve an issue with a sinkhole.
The sinkhole appeared on the main road near Mr Chips.
The road has been closed between the junction for Blueschool Street and Hereford County Hospital since early on Wednesday evening.
Teams are continuing to work on the issue, in the hope of resolving it as soon as possible.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
