Plans have been revealed for a huge new housing development in Leominster.
The plans include 1,500 new homes, a new school, link road and also a new supermarket.
The proposal, revealed by Pegasus Group, shows plans for 1,500 new homes and supporting infrastructure in the south of Leominster.
The proposals include:
Around 1,500 new homes. (25% affordable)
A new school.
A Relief Road linking Barons Cross Road and Hereford Road.
A local centre including a supermarket.
Allotments and community facilities.
The vision for the site is to create a green and attractive setting for the enjoyment of both the existing community and new residents.
