West Mercia Police would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed a road traffic collision on Friday 20 July at around 5.10pm on the northbound carriage of the A49 near Peterstow.
The incident involved a collision between a bicycle and a tractor.
A 70 year old man has been transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dash cam footage to get in touch with them to help with enquiries.
