Did you witness or film a public order offence that occurred on Wednesday 31st March in Hereford?
A cyclist was travelling along Breinton Road at around 7.25am when it is reported that a parked white van pulled out in front of him. It is then believed that the van driver become verbally abusive and threatening towards the cyclist.
⚠ The driver is described as white, in his 20s and was wearing a tea-cosy style woolly hat. The van’s registration number is believed to start with SG64. ⚠
PC Jack Craine said: “We believe a member of the public may have filmed this incident on their phone and we would urge them to get in touch with us.”
