Work has started today on major refurbishment scheme at the Stonebow Mental Health Unit at Hereford County Hospital.
We previously announced the news that a refurbishment of the unit was planned, in an article earlier this year that said:
A planning application has been submitted by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust Estates And Facilities Department for proposed extensions to the existing Stonebow unit including associated landscaping and new fencing. Works include replacement windows and roof mounted photovoltaics.
