Work is continuing to repair a sinkhole that was discovered on a street in Hereford.
Foley Street, which is situated just off the A438 (Ledbury Road) in Hereford, has been closed since Wednesday afternoon, when the sinkhole was first discovered.
Balfour Beatty and Herefordshire Council took to social media to advise that the road closure would be in place for up to 8 days, meaning that it’s likely to remain closed until next weekend. Welsh Water have been repairing a leak that was found underneath the sinkhole.
Residents and pedestrians can still get access to the street.
