A woman has died following a collision between a van and a pedestrian in Herefordshire.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:
“We were called at 3:48pm on Thursday to reports of a collision involving a van and pedestrian in Dovecotts, Mansel Lacy. We sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham to the scene.
“Crews arrived to find a woman in a critical condition with bystander CPR already in progress. Crews took over treatment and administered advanced trauma care to the patient.
“Sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts nothing could be done to save the woman and she was confirmed dead at the scene.”
