The pathway to a career in policing could be on the cards at the West Mercia Police Hereford Recruitment Event due to be held at the Army Reserve Centre on Saturday June 15.
West Mercia Police will be hosting the event with the aim of giving people an insight into what a career as a West Mercia Police Officer has to offer.
The event will be held between 10am & 4pm at the Army Reserve Centre, Harold Street, Hereford HR1 2QX.
This will be an opportunity to speak to current officers and staff including, the Roads Policing team, local Safer Neighbourhood Team officers, Police Community Support Officers, and Special Constables.
This will also be an opportunity to start an application there and then with the help from our recruitment team.
West Mercia Police will be showcasing different entry routes which include:
- Police Constable Entry Programme (non-degree)
- Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (work full time and earn a degree)
- Degree Holder Entry Programme (for degree holders)
- Detective Constable Entry Routes (can you use your skills to solve crimes?)
