Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision in November, in which a pedestrian was knocked over, to get in contact.

The collision happened at around 3pm on Tuesday 26 November, a car collided with a pedestrian who was crossing the road at the junction of Albert Road North and Church Street in Malvern.

It was initially thought the pedestrian, a woman in her 80’s, was not injured and the incident was not reported to police and details were not exchanged.

However, the woman is now suffering from on-going medical issues because of the collision and the incident is being investigated.

Officers are appealing for the driver of the vehicle, who did stop and speak to the pedestrian at the time of the collision, to get in touch.

It’s also believed there were other people who witnessed the collision, including another driver of a vehicle who stopped to ask if the woman was ok who police are keen to hear from.
