West Mercia Police are appealing for information after an assault took place in a Hereford city centre pub.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Did you see an assault take place in The Commercial pub in Hereford at around 6.45pm on Saturday 11 February?
“The victim, a 32-year-old man, was assaulted.
“It’s believed he was struck on the head with a glass bottle causing a wound to his ear and scratches on the side of his head.
“We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the assault, or was in the pub.
“Anyone with information can contact PC Georgia Hinman at 07929721382.”
