Oulton Park, Cheshire – 13-09-25
Local motorcycle road racing team Wallop Racing secured major success last weekend at Oulton Park in the North Gloucester Road Race Championship. Rider Will Jones clinched the National 600 title on his Kawasaki ZX6R, with a round still to spare.
It has been an outstanding season for the team, with Will taking multiple wins and regular podium finishes. Teammate Chris Ratcliffe, competing in the Clubman 600 class, continues to impress in only his second season of racing. Chris is currently 3rd in the standings and is pushing for 2nd place at the final round next month.
The team credits its achievements to the strong backing of local businesses including Sentinel Security Systems, GJ Williams Repair of Old Buildings, and supporters who joined the Wallop Racing Supporters Club. Special thanks also go to Ben at The Studio Hereford for keeping both riders fit and focused throughout the year.
With 2025 drawing to a close, the team is already preparing for the 2026 season. Wallop Racing is now welcoming interest from businesses and individuals looking to get involved. Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, and every contribution makes a difference.
