The Met Office is warning of ‘very high’ levels of pollen in Herefordshire throughout this week.
The pollen forecast that was recently updated by the Met Office indicates that right through from today (Monday) to Friday, that pollen levels in the county will remain very high.
Monday 13 June
Grass and nettle pollen risk will rise substantially when good weather occurs. Spores: Cladosporium in warm, dry weather and Leptosphaeria after rainfall.

Symptoms of hay fever include:
- sneezing and coughing
- a runny or blocked nose
- itchy, red or watery eyes
- itchy throat, mouth, nose and ears
- loss of smell
- pain around your temples and forehead
