Up to £697,000 is to be spent on improvement works to heating, windows and doors at a primary school in Hereford, Herefordshire Council has confirmed.

In documents shared by Herefordshire Council, it confirmed that the work set to take place at St Martin’s Primary School in Hereford was included in the Schools Capital Maintenance Programme.

Herefordshire Council Decision:

‘Award a contract to Jackwolf Group Ltd for the heating, windows and doors works at St Martin’s Primary School, Herefordshire, following a successful tender on the Council’s procurement portal.

‘Approve the expenditure of up to £620,137.02 for the works, which includes a contingency of up to £56,376.09.

‘Approve the expenditure of up to £77,517.13 for internal and external professional fees.

‘Responsibility for monitoring the programme to be carried out by the Capital Senior Project Manager within the spend budget.’
