Two people ended up trapped in a vehicle following a collision in Hereford last night.
The incident occurred on Whittern Way in Hereford and involved two vehicles.
A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:
“Two Hereford & Worcester Fire ad Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called at 23:06 on 17 January to an RTC in Whittern Way in Hereford.
“The incident involved two vehicles, one of which was on all four wheels with no persons trapped, the other was on its side with two persons trapped. Two casualties, one male and one female both in their 20s, were extricated from the vehicle by fire service personnel and handed over to the ambulance service.
“The vehicles were made safe using small tools and hydraulic equipment with Whittern Way closed in both directions. Police also attended. The incident was marked as closed at 00:16.”
