Public Health England have confirmed that a further two cases of Coronavirus have been recorded in Herefordshire, taking the total number of cases in the county to 866 since the outbreak began.
The increase means that the rate of infection in the county stands at 450.8 per 100,000 population since the start of the outbreak. The increase in cases over recent weeks has largely been due to a significant outbreak at AS Green & Co Ltd near Malvern.
In total, 560 new cases of the virus were recorded in the United Kingdom, with 79 further COVID-19 related deaths recorded.
