West Midlands Ambulance Service was called at 10.17am to the incident between the A438 and Chapel Lane in Dormington.
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, a BASICS doctor and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
A service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find a car that had left the road and suffered significant damage in the incident.
“There were two patients, one male and one female.
“Sadly, it quickly became apparent that nothing could be to save either patient and they were confirmed dead at the scene.”
