A fundraising page has been set up to help raise money in memory of a wonderful lady who spent her life caring for people across Herefordshire.
The GoFundMe page has been set up in memory of Pat, who sadly passed away a few days ago.
Pat had been diagnosed with a brain tumour that had sadly become terminal.
She was a carer in the Ledbury area of Herefordshire for many years, and leaves behind a loving family, including her husband Shaun.
Any money donated will be put towards giving Pat the send off that she deserves.
