A group of travellers appear to have pitched up on a popular playing field over the weekend.
Local residents in Malvern have confirmed that travellers pitched up on the Victoria Park playing field over the weekend.
A post on social media said:
“It seems Victoria Park Playing Field has been accessed by travellers.
“I’m fairly sure it was padlocked shut just the other day.
“Just be mindful when walking dogs.
“If it’s the same club from Worcester (also managed to enter a locked field), there were reports of issues when people walked past with their dogs.
“Being in full view of the new council offices I don’t think they will be staying long.
“Any bets on the next stop Peachfield Common or Dukes Meadow perhaps?”
