Motorists are being warned to expect delays with the traffic lights still out of action on a busy junction in the city.
The traffic lights on the A49 (Edgar Street) have been out of action at the junction for the City Link Road for more than 12 hours.
With increased traffic during daylight hours, delays could become a problem throughout the day.
Traffic is moving steadily at present.
