Many people living in the Bobblestock area of Hereford will know April and her sister Louise.
They were often seen walking their dogs around the Bobblestock area of Hereford, and across many other areas of the city too.
Sadly, earlier this week, April died from cancer, following a short illness.
Her sister Louise, has created a GoFundMe page to help pay for funeral costs, following her sudden passing at just 51-years-old.
On the GoFundMe page, Louise pays tribute to her sister April by saying:
“Hello, I’m Louise and you may know me and April as ‘the sisters’, ‘the twins’ or the ‘two ladies who walk everywhere’, having seen us out walking the streets of Hereford with our dogs, Sammi, our Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniel and our two Border Collies, Gwen and JJ.
“It comes as a massive shock that April passed away aged 51 on 14 June 2023, after a short illness.
“Only a few weeks ago April was fit and Healthy! I really cannot believe I’ve lost my best friend and sister so suddenly and out of the blue. She was only 51 ! Far, far, far too soon!
“April was a beautiful, kind, thoughtful, caring and loving sister and loved by so many people.
“I’m totally lost without her and the world has lost an angel.
“As April had no money, having cared for mum for many years, I’m asking, if you can and want, to contribute towards the cost of her funeral. I want to give April the send off this gentle soul deserves.
“Many thanks for taking the time to read this.”
