West Midlands Ambulance Service and the Midlands Air Ambulance were called to an incident in the Stanberrow Road area of Hereford earlier today.
A number of residents reported seeing the air ambulance land close to Marlbrook Primary School.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service told Your Herefordshire:
“We were called at 8.42am to Stanberrow Road, Redhill, Hereford. A paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended to find a boy who had fallen from his bicycle.
“The boy was given treatment on scene before being conveyed by road to Hereford County Hospital for further care.”
