Sunderlands are delighted to announce the promotion of Will Lloyd (Estate Agent, Hereford), Katie Bufton (Rural Chartered Surveyor, Hereford), James Dillon (Commercial Chartered Surveyor, Hereford) and Harry Aldrich-Blake (Estate Agent, Hay-on-Wye) to the role of Associates.

Sunderlands is one of the only multi-disciplined Chartered Surveying firms in Herefordshire and have been serving the County since 1862. The progression of these four young professionals looks to secure the future of the firms residential, commercial, and rural teams in both the Hereford and Hay-on-Wye Offices.

Will Lloyd is a qualified estate agent who grew up on his parents’ farm in South Herefordshire. Will has been selling properties across Herefordshire for the last 14 year, and has extensive experience selling the complete range of properties from city apartments to large country houses.

Katie Bufton is a Rural Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. She specialises in the full range of rural professional services including the valuation, management, sale and letting of agricultural property across Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.

James Dillon is a Commercial Chartered Surveyor based in our Hereford office who specialises in the management, sale and letting of commercial property across Herefordshire and surrounding counties. James has been awarded Estates Gazette’s Most Active Commercial Dealmaker in 2019 and 2020.

Harry Aldrich-Blake is a qualified estate agent with over 18 years experience dealing with a range of properties across Herefordshire and Powys. Harry also manages the Hay-on-Wye residential team who recently received a Gold Award from The British Property Awards for their outstanding customer service.
