Emergency services are responding to a collision on a busy route in Herefordshire this lunchtime.
The collision has occurred on the A44 near Bringsty.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service have confirmed that six people have been taken to hospital.
West Mercia Police remain at the scene.
West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended the incident.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route.
