There is a significant Police presence in Hereford city centre this afternoon, due to a Royal Visit to the city.
The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester are visiting Hereford today.
West Mercia Police officers are helping to support with the visit.

Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester and Birgitte, Duchess of Gloucester are visiting Hereford Cathedral today, according to the Royal Diary.
An update published in the Royal Diary for Monday 19th February says:
“Patron, Cathedral in Pilgrimage (HisRH), and Patron, Cathedral Music Trust (HerRH), will visit Hereford Cathedral, 5 College Cloisters, Cathedral Close, Hereford.”
