Flats and shops at The Oval in Hereford are set to get a face lift, with new cladding and a roof replacement proposed.
A planning application submitted to Herefordshire Council details plans to alter the External wall insulation, refenestration, roof replacement with new warm roof construction, including removal of existing chimneys and associated works.
The plans were first proposed several years ago when Keepmoat and Herefordshire Housing developed new houses on the Radford Gardens site, replacing the flats that used to surround the shops.
