A licensing application has been submitted for Saxtys to reopen in Hereford.
The once popular venue will be run by Steve Harrison and Dan Guerche. The pair have worked hard alongside a dedicated team to turn The Venue into a success and it is hoped that similar will happen at Saxtys.
Saxtys will reopen as a daytime restaurant and a late night bar.
A reopening date will be confirmed in the near future with a decision based on the relaxation of coronavirus restrictions.
The application states:
“Saxty’s Cafe Bar closed its doors three years ago as the pre-existing business model was no longer economically viable.”
“The Premises will now be run by Steven Harrison and the DPS will be Dan Guerche. Both are experienced and successful operators of Licensed Premises in Herefordshire.
“We intend to provided brunches and a Sunday carvery.
“The premises will cater for a variety of needs throughout the day, starting with brunches during the morning.
“We will then move towards our lunchtime offering. After 3pm we will operate as a bar, and also provide canapes. After 5pm we will cater for evening meals, and then resolve to being a late night venue after 8pm until close of business.”
