A busy route in Hereford was temporarily closed overnight after a car crashed into a parked vehicle.

The collision occurred on Breinton Road / Westfaling Street in the city at around 8pm on Wednesday evening.

West Mercia Police attended the collision, but fortunately no injuries were reported.

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:

“We received a call around 7.50pm yesterday evening (11 October) with a report of a collision on Westfaling Street in Hereford. 

“Officers attended to find a car had driven into a parked vehicle. 

“The road was blocked whilst recovery arrived. 

“No injuries to report.”
