Residents in a Herefordshire village are being warned to remain vigilant, after items were stolen from a property during an overnight burglary.
The burglary occurred in the village of Luston, near Leominster.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Unfortunately in the early hours of the morning between 02:15-02:45hrs of Saturday 1st JULY 2023 a property in LUSTON, HEREFORDSHIRE was subject to a burglary, where the garage of the premise was broken into.
“Suspect(s) have entered and stolen a Stihl Petrol Combi-engine FS111 with a bush cutter attachment plugged into it, which had fly out orange triangular blades.
“Please continue to report any suspicious activity to the police and if you require any crime prevention advice or wish for some help around the security of your premise please give your local Safer Neighbourhood Team a call and we will gladly assist.
