On Monday morning a resident living in the Whitecross area of Hereford became aware of some damage to his car.
Due to having CCTV around the house he was soon able to identify how it happened.
This incident has left the owner of the car out of pocket, with inconvenience with work and left worried about leaving their car on the street.
