Your Herefordshire has been made aware of a concerning incident that is reported to have occurred in Hereford on Sunday evening.
A member of the public contacted us and said:
“This evening (Sunday), while walking with my sister near Westfaling Street, we encountered a very concerning situation.
“A man driving a blue Ford Transit van with semi-tinted windows appeared to be following us.
“He later parked nearby as we headed towards the shop.
“When I looked inside the vehicle, the man was engaging in inappropriate behavior and motioning for us to come over to the van.

• Facial hair
• Brown/ginger hair
• Driving a blue Ford Transit with semi-blacked-out windows
