Staff at Hereford Racecourse have been left angered after discovering that frost covers that had been put down to protect the ground from the cold weather have been damaged.
A post on the Hereford Racecourse Facebook page said:
“Really frustrated and disappointed that local people have allowed their dogs to cause such damage to the frost covers we have deployed ahead of racing on Monday. It’s costly and is the equivalent of vandalism.”
