West Mercia Police have taken to social media this morning to share a warning from NHS Counter Fraud and Fraud Watch UK in regards to a text message that is being sent out at the moment, claiming that the recipient to be eligible to apply for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Police are advising people to:
- NOT give out personal details
- NOT to click on unknown links in texts
- And remember that the COVID-19 vaccine is FREE
