Police are urging residents to remain vigilant, following a suspicious incident that occurred at a property in Hereford.
On the evening of 20th July at around 11pm, an unknown individual wearing a mask approached a property on Gurney Avenue, rang the doorbell, and then ran away.
This unsettling incident has understandably caused distress to the family involved.

Ensure all doors and windows are locked, especially at night.
Install motion-sensor lights
Install CCTV and/or video doorbells.
Avoid leaving valuables in plain sight.
Report any suspicious behaviour immediately.
