NEWS | Police tactically stop driver using cloned number plates - Herefordshire’s Independent Source of News & Information

West Mercia Police officers successfully stopped a driver using cloned number plates, in a tactical stop, after the driver failed to stop for officers.

The driver was subsequently arrested by police and then charged and remanded in custody.

OT74 – Yesterday this Astra on cloned plates fail to stop for us at #Hopwood. Following a dangerous pursuit Officers felt that the safest option to stop the driver was tactical contact.
