From Hereford Cops:
We are aware of a post relating to a male acting suspiciously around the colleges this afternoon. Following a call from a member of the public Hereford City SNT have deployed and located the male.
His details have been obtained and whilst his behaviour may have been concerning to students today we would like to reassure the public that we are happy that there is not a risk / further cause for concern.
