West Mercia Police officers are currently searching for a suspicious man with biscuits in the Holmer area of Hereford.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police (Hereford Cops) said:
“Report of a male in Holmer paying close attention to houses. He was carrying dog biscuits, but had no dog with him.
“When challenged by a resident, he bolted towards the housing estate. Residents believe he was trying to entice their pedigree puppies in order to steal them.”
