West Mercia Police are searching for a man in a hi-vis jacket and a woolly hat, with a stocky build following a suspicious incident in Herefordshire.
The incident occurred in the village of Marden.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
âWe would like to make you aware of suspicious incident that occurred on the 24th January around 14:30 in Marden.
âA male was spotted driving a green van with foreign plates.
âThis individual was observed lifting drain covers and attempting to fill water butts from hydrants.
âLater, he was seen going up the side of a property.
âWhen approached by a concerned member of the public, he quickly drove off at high speed.â
