From Gloucestershire Police:
Do you have any information that may help us to locate a puppy which is suspected to have been stolen in Nailsworth yesterday?
Officers were called earlier today (Friday) with a report that a five month old beige Brindle Lurcher puppy called Moth had been disappeared after escaping from a premises.
The puppy was later seen in the car park of Morrisons on George Street at around 3.30pm yesterday.
CCTV enquiries at the supermarket show that two people in a blue transit van took the dog which was wearing a collar and had his lead attached. They may know where he now is.
Enquiries are ongoing to identify the transit van and anyone who was in the area yesterday or witnessed this is asked to please get in contact.
