From Gwent Police:
We’re appealing for information to find Stephen Hopkins who has been reported as missing.
Stephen, 51, was last seen in Abergavenny at around 11am on Monday 1 August and officers are concerned for his welfare.
He is described as around 5ft 6” tall, of slim build, bald and clean shaven.
Stephen was last seen wearing a grey hoody, black shoes and a black coat.
He has links to Abergavenny, Newport, and Bristol.
