67-year-old Thomas Noble, was last seen at his home in Malvern, Worcestershire at approximately 1.30pm yesterday afternoon (Sunday 26 March).
Thomas is described as a white man, 5ft8 tall with grey hair, medium build.
When last seen he was wearing a black/navy puffa jacket and dark navy trousers. He normally walks with a stick. He is believed to of left his home on foot.
He is an insulin dependent diabetic and did not have any medication with him.
Police would like to speak to a man who may of stopped and spoken to Thomas at around 2pm on Sunday 26 March, the man was driving a white Volkswagen Transporter van with black decals.
