West Mercia Police officers are investigating reports of an abusive man using hand gestures in Hereford.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
Police have been informed the on the morning of the 5th May 2022, a scrap collecting vehicle, containing two men, was driving in the area of Westholme Road, Hereford.
The passenger of this vehicle is said to have been using abuse language towards members of the public, and using offensive hand signs.
