West Mercia Police responded to an incident in the Hunderton area of Hereford this afternoon.
The incident occurred on Hunderton Road, under the bridge.
The road was temporarily blocked.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police told Your Herefordshire:
“A car failed to stop when instructed to do so by police officers and attempted to leave the area.
“Officers managed to contain the vehicle and one person has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking.
“Another person has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking, suspicion of driving without license or insurance and on suspicion of driving whilst under the influence of drugs.”
