West Mercia Police officers couldn’t believe the condition of a vehicle they pulled over on the M5 in Worcestershire yesterday.
The driver told officers that he was driving back to Wales.
Officers said that the passengers side wing was flapping which obviously caused major concern with the vehicle travelling at high speed.
