Ledbury Road in Hereford is currently closed in both directions between Tesco Express Petrol Station and Hereford Fire Station due to an incident by the railway bridge.
Herefordshire Council are saying that the road will remain closed for several hours and a police cordon is in place at both ends of the railway bridge.
A lorry is within the police cordon.
