West Mercia Police officers are in attendance at an incident in Hereford this afternoon.
A police cordon is in place in the Aylesbrook (Holmer) area of the city, near Herefordshire Racecourse.
An area of footpath is cordoned off and officers remain at the scene this afternoon.
